OpenClaw is an open-source, self-hosted AI agent framework launched in late 2025. A single Gateway process connects large language models to tools and messaging surfaces, which is what lets an agent take an instruction and carry it through rather than describing what you should do next.
It is not our project. It is open source, and Nexum's work is deploying, configuring and operating it on your behalf.
