We Build Systems That Run The Work
Two things we deliver today — Odoo ERP and point-of-sale, and self-hosted agentic AI — plus the software we are building next.
ERP and point of sale, implemented for how you actually operate.
Nexum is an Odoo Learning Partner. We implement Odoo ERP for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools, and we build Odoo-based point-of-sale systems for retail and restaurant chains — so every outlet sells against one stock ledger and one set of numbers.
ERP Implementation
Accounting, inventory, HR and manufacturing, scoped to the modules you need rather than the whole catalogue. Data migration, workflow configuration and staff training included.
Explore ERPPoint of Sale
POS for retail and restaurant chains. Multi-outlet, resilient when the connection drops, with sales and stock landing in the same system finance closes the month in.
Explore POSSelf-hosted AI agents, running on your own infrastructure.
A separate product line — not an Odoo module and not dependent on Odoo. We deploy, self-host, configure and maintain open-source agent frameworks against your specific workflows, on hardware and networks you control.
We did not write these projects. They are open source, and our work is standing them up properly and keeping them running.
OpenClaw
Connects your LLMs to tools and messaging surfaces through a single Gateway process. Goes well beyond chat: drives a browser, manages files and calendars, sends email and chains multi-step actions.
How we deploy itHermes Agent
Persistent memory: it saves a skill once a task is done and reuses it instead of reasoning from scratch. Seven messaging channels, and model-agnostic across every major provider.
How we deploy itOur own software is next on the list.
Nexum plans to develop and ship its own products alongside the implementation work. Nothing is announced yet, and we would rather show you an empty slot than a name we have not earned. This section will be filled in as each item is confirmed.
