01 / The problem

One till per outlet is not the same as one system.

Most chains end up with a till that sells, a spreadsheet that tracks stock and an accountant who reconciles both a month later. The counts never quite agree, and nobody can say what a branch actually made this week.

Odoo POS sits on the same database as inventory and accounting. A sale at the counter moves stock and posts to the ledger in the same moment, so the answer is the same whichever screen you ask.

Retail chains

Barcode scanning, variants and pricelists per outlet, promotions, loyalty and returns — with stock counts that stay honest across branches.

Restaurants

Floor and table layout, course firing to the kitchen, split and merge bills, and per-item recipe consumption drawn from the same inventory.

Keeps selling offline

The till keeps taking orders when the connection drops and syncs once it is back, so a network problem never becomes a trading problem.

02 / What we set up

Configured, connected and handed over.

We handle the whole path from catalogue to counter, including the hardware on the desk and the training for the people standing behind it.

Catalogue and pricing
Products, variants, modifiers, tax rules and per-outlet pricelists, built once and shared across every branch.
Hardware setup
Receipt printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners, customer displays and kitchen printers configured and tested on site.
Payments
Cash, card and e-wallet tender types set up to match how your customers actually pay, with clean end-of-day cash-up.
Roles and permissions
Cashier, supervisor and manager rights, discount limits and void approvals, so the till reflects your controls.
Multi-outlet reporting
Sales by outlet, by hour, by product and by staff member, side by side rather than stitched together after the fact.
Staff training
Floor staff trained on the till and supervisors on the back office — part of delivery, as an Odoo Learning Partner.
